Emergency Communications Unit

Delaware Army MARS operates the Emergency Operations Unit, the nations only fully mobile and self sufficient MARS station.

This station operates under the callsign AAT3CAD and can operate on a plethora of modes and frequencies. The ECU contains four HF radios, two 800Mhz radios, seven VHF/UHF radios, about a half dozen computers, as well as many TNC's for various commercial and military digital modes.

Also available in the ECU, is Verizon High Speed wireless 3G internet, APRS GPS tracking, DirectTV, 2.4GHz wireless access point, ACU-1000 audio patch system, and a fully functional VOIP phone switch.
